（2）What’s your price?

All of our products are custom made according to your specific requirements. To make a quotation, we need such key information from you as design, size, material and quantity. You may kindly send us your samples/design files for us offering practical quotation.

（3）How to work with you?

After you have provided specification, we will sign NDA with you first. Then we could offer 2D and 3D for you to check if needed. After drawing confirmed, we will quote and then prepare and make a sample for you to check and confirm. After the sample for production is ready, we will go ahead with the mass production and advise you of the date for product dispatching.

（4）What forms of design files are workable?

（5）What forms of payment are accepted?

TT, Western Union

（6）How long does it take to make a sample, and for mass production?

Sample lead time: 7-15 days

Mass production lead time: 15-30 days according to different quantities.

（7）How do I check the status of my order?

We will share with you photos of productions or provide feedback according to your specific requests.

（8）How about the transportation?

We have our own shipping department, we are happy to offer the transportation service either by air or sea. You may range shipping by yourself if you have shipping agencies here.
